Chris Brown Is Next After Diddy; A Brand-New Documentary, “Chris Brown: A History Of Violence.” Set To Drop Soon

Chris Brown is the latest black celebrity to face intense scrutiny over his controversial history, after Sean “Diddy” Combs.

Investigation Discovery’s (ID) new documentary, “Chris Brown: A History of Violence,” delves into Brown’s checkered past, marred by numerous assault charges.

“The truth is that Brown has made headlines for accusations of everything from assault, to sexual assault, drugging, rape and more,” a source noted.

The film features expert commentary, cultural analysis, and personal accounts from survivors, including an unidentified new accuser.

“This documentary will provide thoughtful reflections into each survivor’s experience and the psychological destruction in the aftermath of their abuse,” ID stated.

Brown’s history of alleged abuse dates back to 2009, with his notorious assault on Rihanna. Despite multiple lawsuits and accusations, Brown maintains a devoted fan base.

“Those allegations aren’t enough to deter his fans and diehard supporters from showing up for him,” a commentator observed.

The documentary coincides with ID’s “No Excuse for Abuse” campaign, in partnership with the No More Foundation, aiming to end domestic and sexual violence.

Sunny Hostin, co-host of “The View,” will lead a panel discussion on intimate partner violence following the documentary’s premiere.

As the documentary sheds light on Brown’s past, many wonder if he’ll face consequences similar to those of Diddy and Russell Simmons.

“Brown just might be following in their footsteps,” an insider suggested.
