According to People‘s reports, Eddie Murphy and Paige Butcher have officially tied the knot in a small private ceremony in Anguilla on July 9.
Murphy, 63, wore a white suit, while Butcher, 44, looked stunning in a Mira Zwillinger gown. The couple got engaged in 2018 and has two children together.
This is Butcher’s first marriage, but Murphy has been married before to Nicole Murphy, with whom he shares five children. Despite this, Murphy has spoken highly of his children, calling them all “great” and “normal” during a podcast.
Recently, Murphy jokingly referred to Butcher as his wife during a podcast, hinting at their upcoming wedding. Butcher has also gushed about Murphy, describing him as “sweet” and “romantic” during a red carpet interview.
The newlyweds seem happy and in love as they begin this new chapter together.
