Eddie Murphy is starring in a new heist comedy from Amazon MGM Studios, and The Hollywood Reporter exclusively disclosed that Keke Palmer will be joining the cast. Production on the screenplay, penned by Matt Mider and Kevin Burrows (known for The Package), is scheduled to begin in February.
This partnership comes after Eddie Murphy and Amazon MGM Studios’ hit film Candy Cane Lane this year, which became the most-watched US debut for an Amazon MGM Studios film and placed in the top 10 global film debuts on the platform in its first three days of release.
