Corinne Foxx, the daughter of Oscar winner Jamie Foxx, announced her engagement to partner Joe Hooten on December 17.
She shared pictures of the two of them on Instagram, one of which included a sizable emerald-cut diamond engagement ring. “I knew you were my forever from the first time I saw you,” the 29-year-old said, expressing her feelings.
Fans and celebrities, including Kerry Washington, Ashley Graham, Brenda Song, Monique Coleman, and Garcelle Beauvais, showered their well-wishes in. After meeting several years prior, Hooten, 30, a director and producer from Tennessee, and Corinne, an alumna of the University of Southern California, began exchanging moments on Instagram in 2019.

Known for her modeling career, Corinne Foxx has shared moments from her relationship with Hooten on social media. One such photo from October’s formal event features the two of them looking into each other’s eyes, earning her dad Jamie Foxx six fire emojis.
The Endometriosis Foundation of America’s 2023 Blossom Ball in New York City in March was the most recent red carpet event where the couple was spotted together. Jamie Foxx and Connie Kline’s daughter Corinne works alongside her father as a DJ on the Fox network game show “Beat Shazam,” which he hosts.
