Blac Chyna and Tyga, who co-parent their 11-year-old son Cairo, are required by court documents to follow certain guidelines, which include not talking negatively about one another in front of the child.
A change to the arrangement would require the mutual written consent of Cairo’s parents and would grant joint legal and physical custody, with an emphasis on Cairo’s residency in the United States.
Blac Chyna and Tyga are required to work together on important areas of Cairo’s life, including sharing data and decision-making power regarding his health, education, and general well-being. In addition, both parents must confer with one another before making decisions on important matters or non-emergency health issues, and they both have equal access to his medical records.

According to the terms of the custody agreement, Chyna and Tyga must treat each other with respect when they are with their child and cannot say anything hurtful or disparaging about the other.
Modifications to child-related orders will be agreed upon, and Family Court Services will handle any disputes over the routine schedule. With their son, Tyga still spends the most of the time as the parent.
Every weekend, from Friday after school or 10:00 a.m. if there is no school, to Monday drop-off at school or 12:00 p.m. if there is no school, the “Rob & Chyna” star will have custody of their son. Before mediation, Chyna finished a parent education course. Tyga and Chyna will communicate via the “Our Family Wizard” online tool.
