Jamie Foxx is facing an accusation of a rooftop sexual assault that allegedly occurred 8 years ago in NYC. The incident supposedly took place at Catch NYC & Roof in August 2015 around 11 PM.

According to the lawsuit obtained by tmz, the plaintiff arrived at the rooftop lounge and bar and noticed Foxx at a nearby table.

Around 1 AM, the plaintiff’s friend asked Foxx to take a photo with them. She claims Foxx, who appeared intoxicated, agreed and took several photos. During this time, he allegedly made comments like “Wow, you have that supermodel body,” “You smell so good,” and said she looked like Gabrielle Union.

Jane Doe claims that after Foxx took her by the arm and led her to the back section of the rooftop, he touched her breasts and allegedly placed his hands on her waist before moving them under her shirt.

When she attempted to back away, she claims to have seen a security guard and other people watching the incident, but they chose to leave.

According to the documents, the plaintiff says Foxx touched her private parts and stuck his hand in her pants. Foxx stopped when her friend saw it.

The plaintiff claims that as a result of the alleged assault, she was hurt, required medical attention, and experienced pain and emotional distress. She is now suing for both compensatory and punitive damages against Foxx, Catch, and its staff.
