Jada Pinkett Smith Thanks Her Supporters After Book Makes New York Times Bestsellers List
“Worthy” by Jada Pinkett Smith is currently ranked No. 3 on the Hardcover Nonfiction Best Sellers List of the New York Times and No. 4 among Nonfiction Combined Print & E-Book books. On October 25, a Wednesday, this news was released.
“This morning, I just wanted to take some time to say thank you to my [‘Red Table Talk’] family, to the ‘Worthy‘ warriors out there, just to all of you that are willing to read and hear my story beyond the headlines,” she said in an Instagram post on Thursday (Oct. 26). “I found out yesterday that we made it to No. 3 on the New York Times Best Sellers List.”
Jada Pinkett Smith praised three other accomplished women who are also at the top of the Best Sellers list.

She mentioned Rachel Maddow, Cassidy Hutchinson, and Dolly Parton. Jada reflected on how in the past, women sometimes had to use male names to get published, but now there are four women leading the list.
Jada received support from her peers like Lena Waithe, Yandy Smith, Toni Braxton, and Tamika Mallory.
Her husband, Will Smith, who is also a successful author, congratulated her and expressed his pride in her achievement. He said, “‘New York Times Best Selling Author, Jada Pinkett Smith.’ CONGRATS, MAMA! Big looks.”
