Al Pacino,89 and Noor Alfallah,29 reach custody agreement for baby son, while claiming they are still together.

Al Pacino and Noor Alfallah have worked out a plan for their son’s custody. After giving birth to Roman in June, the 29-year-old recently requested physical custody from the court, with Al Pacino granted reasonable visitation rights.

The couple, who maintain that they are still together, reportedly reached a private agreement regarding child support, visitation rights, and custody. Al Pacino, 83, will pay the attorneys’ fees for Noor.

Al was allowed to participate in decisions regarding Roman’s health care, education, and religion when Noor first consented to shared legal custody of him. Six days after the birth of their son, they also signed a parentage declaration.

Al Pacino’s representative affirmed that Noor and the actor were still together, despite Noor’s documentation casting doubt on their relationship. They claimed that Noor and Al had reconciled and decided on plans for their child, Roman.

Roman, born on June 6 in Los Angeles, is Al Pacino’s fourth child. He’s also a father to twins Olivia and Anton, 22, with Beverly D’Angelo, and Julie, 33, with Jan Tarrant.

Al expressed excitement about becoming a dad again and said it felt especially meaningful at this stage in his life in a video obtained by dailymail. He mentioned, “It feels like it always will. It’s very special, you know. I’ve got many kids. But this is really special coming at this time.”
