Kat Von D gets baptized after giving up witchcraft and the occult
Recent events have seen a significant spiritual development in Kat Von D. The well-known celebrity tattoo artist, who is well-known for her TV program “LA Ink,” made her baptismal video public on Instagram on October 3. She was baptized during a church service in front of her loved ones, and it was a beautiful moment.
After disclosing her resolve to remove herself from supernatural practices in July 2022, Kat has now taken a huge stride forward in her spiritual development.
A picture of tarot cards and witchcraft literature was used to illustrate Kat’s explanation of why she had changed her mind about her prior convictions.

Today, I went through my entire library, and threw out books that just don’t align with who I am and who I want to be. I’ve always found beauty in the macabre, but at this point, I just had to ask myself what is my relationship with this content? And the truth is, I just don’t want to invite any of these things into our family’s lives, even if it comes disguised in beautiful covers, collecting dust on my shelves,” she wrote in her caption at the time.
Kat Von D started a transformational journey in December 2020 with Philadelphia-based tattoo artist Hoode to cover up the tattoos on her arms. Kat decided to cover tattoos that no longer held any meaning for her by choosing a striking blackout design.
She openly admitted that many of these tattoos were obtained while she was struggling with alcohol, a battle she has since won after more than ten years of sobriety. Kat made the decision to say goodbye to these objects that served as visual reminders of a past she had overcome after being firmly established in her newfound clarity and resolve.
